Meet Our Founder, Daniella

Daniella spent the last decade and a half working for some of the world's most recognizable Fortune 500 Hospitality Companies. After attending school at Hawaii Pacific University, she was incredibly fortunate to work for some of the country's foremost hospitality experts (HIG, Hilton, Norwegian Cruise Line and more). Through determination and hard work, she was able to work up the ranks to and broke management records for two of them. 

She led the openings of 4 and 5 star hotel facilities, consulted with investment firms and starter hotels to create their training programs for front desk and housekeeping staff, and was the top contributor of creating and setting the standards that held her properties in such high esteem. She's been awarded by three of Hospitality's top companies, for outstanding contributions made, and will tell you that she's been tremendously blessed to have been able to experience all she has.

We believe that Hospitality and Customer Service are art forms that have been lost in today's world and we're determined to bring them back, one client at a time.

Hospitalité is French for Hospitality. As an avid traveller, Daniella has been all over the world but she fell in love with France, it's people, food and language and is a self-proclaimed Francophile. You'll see that reflected in her personal Airbnb and in pretty much all of her cooking (mmm butter!)
